Treviso – Belluno, 14 May 2023. The Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso – Belluno|Dolomiti has approved the Announcement of the Degree/Doctorate Thesis Award – “Profiles of Female Entrepreneurship” proposed by the Committee for the Promotion of Female Entrepreneurship and endowed with a fund of € 6. 000.00 earmarked for 6 prizes, of which 2 worth € 500.00 for Bachelor’s theses, 2 worth € 1,000.00 for Master’s theses and 2 worth € 1,500.00 for PhD theses.

We are dedicating this message of attention – points out the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso – Belluno|Dolomiti Mario Pozza – to young graduates from Treviso and Belluno to award degree and doctorate theses that have addressed the topic of the role of women and their contribution to social sustainability, within the world of work. In fact, increasingly specialised profiles and increasingly committed roles are in demand in a working world that no longer has borders. The challenges of the markets, with digitisation and new business plans for a sustainable economy, in a world that has experienced a global pandemic and is now suffering the repercussions of war, always require new balances in society and work. This is why we wanted to highlight how, for social stability, from which we all benefit in life and work, the contribution of women is indispensable. But how and why will be for young people to tell us”.

Recipients of the awards are university graduates residing in the provinces of Treviso and Belluno who, in the period between 1 January 2020 and 31 March 2023, have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or a PhD at any national or foreign university, addressing or investigating the topic “Women’s contribution to social sustainability in the world of work”.

Applications, accompanied by the required enclosures, may be submitted from 2 May until 31 July 2023.
