On February 20, the Board of the Treviso-Belluno|Dolomiti Chamber of Commerce unanimously decided to appoint Dr. Francesco Rossato, currently Deputy Secretary General of the Chamber, as interim Secretary General, in view of the imminent retirement of the current Secretary General.
The Chamber of Commerce’s decision to continue with Dr. Rossato as interim Secretary General at this stage – says President Mario Pozza – is a decision shared by myself and the Chamber’s Board. I have great confidence in him and congratulate him on the careful, scrupulous, and correct work he has done during my 10 years as president. With his interim appointment, he will guarantee the administrative and operational management of the Chamber, while ensuring a service that is always business-oriented and promoting the innovation processes that he is already pursuing with recognized management skills, constantly listening to businesses and their needs.
Mr. Francesco Rossato has been working for many years in the chamber system, including at the national level. Since 1991, he has held various positions of responsibility within the organization and economic promotion of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso. During his career, he has also served as Secretary General of the Venezia Giulia Chamber of Commerce in Trieste, gaining significant experience in administrative and institutional management.
He subsequently took up the position of Deputy Secretary General at the Treviso-Belluno|Dolomiti Chamber of Commerce, enjoying the utmost trust of the Council and the Presidency.
