This is how the 1st edition of “Gourmandia – Le Terre Golose del Gastronauta” will have its debut. The event is created by Davide Paolini and scheduled for May 14 to 16, at the Ex
Filanda of Saint Lucia di Piave (Treviso).
The three-day event will host many craftsmen: bakers, confectioners, butchers, cheese makers, chocolatiers, winemakers from all over Italy.
An artisan story which will also be the opportunity for a dialogue in the presence of the most important culinary names of Italy.
Among them: Davide Oldani with his “pop cooking“, the Master chef Gualtiero Marchesi and the Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massari. Also, from Umbria, Gianfranco
Vissani, and Arrigo Cipriani from Venice, not to mention Renato Bosco and Giovanni Santarpia as for the world of pizza.

The event will be open to the public. Admission with fee.
