Olive growing in Treviso is experiencing a period of great vitality, with products increasingly appreciated for their quality and authenticity. This expanding sector, alongside viticulture, now represents a new opportunity for the region and for consumers who are mindful of a healthy and sustainable diet.
To support this growth, Coldiretti Treviso is promoting a course for virgin olive oil tasters, with a certificate of physiological suitability, organized in collaboration with the Evo School Foundation and the Italian Olive Consortium UnaProl.
Registration is open for two training courses:
First level course, aimed at those approaching the world of tasting for the first time;
Second level course, aimed at those who have already acquired the basics and wish to further their knowledge.
The lessons will take place at the Coldiretti headquarters in Montebelluna, in Via Feltrina Nuova 27, with teachers and experts in the field ready to guide participants on a sensory journey through the excellence of Italian oil.
“Investing in training means giving legs to the future of olive growing in Treviso, – emphasizes Coldiretti Treviso – a sector that is already achieving important recognition in terms of quality. With initiatives such as this, we want to strengthen the culture of oil among producers and consumers, offering tools to recognize and enhance a product that is symbolic of the Mediterranean diet.”
