The President of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso – Belluno|Dolomites, Mario Pozza, visited the RD Mec company, based in Mansuè di Piave, specialized in mechanical spare parts.
Accompanied by General Manager Daniela Schiavetto, the visit was an opportunity for a constructive dialogue with the company, which is seizing the opportunity of various services offered by the Chamber of Commerce, including training courses and funding calls.
The meeting made it possible to share the results obtained, future expectations and methods of using chamber services, with particular attention to training, considered a strategic element for remaining competitive in a constantly evolving sector.
Sales training, even with the use of artificial intelligence, has been one of the very useful training activities of the Chamber of Commerce courses, allowing the company to improve its relationship with the customer and respond increasingly punctually to its needs.
Among the themes that emerged during the visit, there was also the importance of the 5.0 transition call, which represents a concrete opportunity for companies that want to invest in innovative technologies and processes, in line with market transformations.
President Pozza also informed the company about the call for a double digital and ecological transition.
