On Monday 26th July at 3:15 p.m. a meeting was held to present the project “Generazione 2026 – Sport Powered By Youth and Education” to the Stakeholders, the Trade Associations of
Treviso and Belluno and the Sportsystem of Montebelluna at the Chamber of Commerce in Piazza Borsa, 3b, 31100 Treviso.
The project was born thanks to FICTS – Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs in collaboration with Regione del Veneto, the Chamber of Commerce
Treviso-Belluno|Dolomiti and the Regional School Office for Veneto.
The meeting was organised in a dual mode (online and in-presence). The President of the Chamber of Commerce Treviso-BellunoDolomiti, Mario Pozza, presented the project and invited Prof.
Franco Ascani, Member of the IOC Commission for culture and Olympic Heritage.
During the presentation it was announced that the video produced by the Chamber of Commerce “On the Wings of the Chamber: where talent is at home” in collaboration with the Museo dello
Scarpone, the Sportsystem, Treviso Film Commission and the CCIEs of Tokyo, New York and Frankfurt was selected for the Beijng International FICTS Festival in Beijing.
President Mario Pozza underlined the important role of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad and highlighted the opportunity of the NY Chamber of Commerce spaces at the Outdoor Retail Show
in Denver Coloradoed.
The meeting was met with great interest and participation from the guests in order to take part in a Project with the primary objective of highlighting the Spirit of Olympism through an
educational and training action that allows people to acquire active lifestyles in which sport is understood.
