The Chamber of Commerce of Treviso – Belluno | Dolomites is organizing a series of seminars focused on business development opportunities in major Asian markets. The sessions are designed to provide practical, actionable insights for participating companies.
The seminar series will be conducted in a hybrid format. The first day will be in-person and will include two separate seminars, while the subsequent sessions will be delivered via synchronous online sessions.
Each seminar will last four hours and will follow a standardized structure, replicable for each country, to ensure methodological consistency and ease of use for businesses.
The content will be as follows:
- economic overview and strategic positioning of the country
- analysis of trade with Italy and identification of opportunities for sectors of regional interest
- logistical and operational aspects: transport times and costs, customs
- market entry models: importers, distributors, agents, sales offices, digital platforms
- elements of business culture and negotiation management
- practical guidance, realistic timelines for market entry, common pitfalls to avoid
- final discussion session with participating companies
