Feltre, January 23, 2025 – A press conference was held today at the Boardroom of the Municipality of Feltre to present the technical cooperation agreement between the Municipality of Feltre and the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso-Belluno | Dolomites. This agreement marks a new milestone in the digitalization of building practices and administrative simplification.

The initiative represents a significant innovation for the citizens and businesses in the area. With this agreement, the Municipality of Feltre is preparing to begin the digitalization of its paper-based archival heritage, a decisive step toward creating a modern administration that is responsive to the community’s needs. Citizens and businesses will thus be able to access documents and information quickly and securely, with clear benefits in terms of transparency, efficiency, and service quality.

The Councillor for Urban Planning, Andrea Bona, highlighted the importance of the project, emphasizing that, although this is the “first phase of work,” the Municipality of Feltre is moving toward the complete dematerialization of its practices. Bona also expressed his gratitude to Dr. Romano Tiozzo “Pagio”, Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, and Architect Manuela Bolzonello, who, along with the Municipality’s Urban Planning Office, contributed to the project from a technical perspective. With this agreement, the Municipality of Feltre reaffirms its commitment to innovation and the creation of a more accessible administrative future, serving the community. This is a significant milestone in terms of simplification, whose benefits extend to all users. Furthermore, Feltre is one of the first municipalities in Veneto to implement this important innovation.

The Mayor of Feltre, Viviana Fusaro, also underscored the value of this collaboration, highlighting how the agreement represents a strategic synergy between institutions: The growth and socio-economic progress of a territory are supported by the synergistic and coordinated action of local institutions. This agreement is the continuation of a process that the Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality of Feltre have been working on for many years. We aim to simplify the relationship between public administration, businesses, and citizens.

This process not only integrates useful information and data into a single system but also fosters interoperability between the various entities involved.

Thanks to the delegation agreement established in 2013 – highlighted Mario Pozza, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso-Belluno | Dolomites – the Municipality of Feltre can benefit from the services provided for the telematic management of the One-Stop Shop for productive activities – Impresainungiorno. Since 2017, this solution, already in use for practices related to economic activities and productive building for businesses, has been extended to include the building practices of citizens, ensuring easier and more immediate access to bureaucratic procedures. Today, with the signing of the collaboration agreement between the Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality of Feltre, we mark the start of the digitalization of the Municipality’s paper-based archival heritage, another step toward a modern administration that meets the needs of the community. Citizens and businesses will be able to access documents and information quickly and securely, meaning easier access to records, cost savings, greater transparency, and enhanced service quality.

These projects, Pozza continues, which are part of the Chamber’s Strategic Program ‘Digitalization of Services and Administrative Simplification,’ not only promote interoperability between entities but also represent a model for the virtuous management of public resources. It is a concrete example of how institutional collaboration and technological innovation can have a positive impact on the daily lives of citizens, businesses, and the territory.

The Chamber of Commerce system continues to be a pillar of innovation, a pioneer in digitalization, and a driving force for the modernization of the Country’s system. A modern and efficient public administration, concludes Pozza, should not be a dream but a strategic goal, a shared necessity for businesses and citizens. It represents the key to simplifying processes, promoting territorial competitiveness, sustainability, facilitating access to European funds, the realization of public works, and the completion of administrative procedures.
