The EU-Japan Centre invites applications for its 4th Green Business Mission in Tokyo, taking place alongside Sustainability Management Week.

– Mission dates: 16–19 March 2026
– Venue: Tokyo (Decarbonization Expo @ Tokyo Big Sight)
– Capacity: 16 (selection applies)
– Who should apply: EU SMEs & clusters in green technologies (carbon-neutral solutions across renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, transport; plus hydrogen, batteries, PV, smart grid, wind, biomass, etc.)
– Matchmaking & on-site meetings
Final call — applications close 5 December.

Selected participants will exhibit in Tokyo and can use the EU-Japan Green Transition matchmaking 2025–26 (online) to pre-arrange on-site B2B meetings during Decarbonization Expo (17–19 March), in addition to virtual sessions.
Please note: the online matchmaking itself is open for direct registration (no selection).

Costs (Mission)
The EU-Japan Centre covers trade fair participation fees and delegation booth operational costs.
Participants cover travel, accommodation and living expenses.
