Treviso – Belluno, September 24, 2026 – I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Superintendent Dr. Marta Mazza, who welcomed me yesterday with prompt institutional courtesy and with whom we have begun the necessary in-depth examination of the delicate issue concerning the building that houses the Chamber of Commerce in Treviso.
This was the comment by Francesco de Bettin, President of the Treviso-Belluno|Dolomiti (Northern Veneto) Chamber of Commerce, following the meeting held on Wednesday, September 23, in Padua, at the Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts, and Landscape with Dr. Marta Mazza. On the agenda was the launch of the process that will lead the institutions to decide on the future of the building. A meeting among institutions tasked with outlining a plan, in full compliance with the law and sensitive to the needs of the citizens and the artistic heritage of the City of Treviso, which we at the Chamber of Commerce feel a duty to respect and, indeed, if possible, to enhance, in full harmony with the Superintendency and, of course, with the city administration, which is working with us step by step through the process that will lead to the best solution, — concluded President De Bettin —.
