Opening Session: Industry Insights – Kenneth Kim, Lead Economist, KPMG
Kenneth Kim is a Senior Economist at KPMG LLP where he brings his insight and knowledge to help clients and KPMG leadership assess the constantly evolving economic environment. Ken has more than 20 years of experience conducting macroeconomic research and communicating his findings. Prior to joining KPMG, Ken was an economist with Merrill Lynch and later became a founding member of Stone & McCarthy Research Associates, the first independent economic research service on the Bloomberg terminal. Ken also worked as a U.S. economist at RBC Capital Markets and senior economist at Huawei Technologies USA, where he focused on global growth, interest rates, foreign exchange and formulating risk scenarios.

Jon helped found WPP’s Hudson Rouge in 2012, and since its inception has overseen all creative output from the New York agency and its satellite offices around the globe. The agency was originally set up to help transform the Lincoln Motor Company into a contemporary luxury brand. It has evolved to offer a deep understanding of the affluent mindset to other premium and luxury sectors, including hospitality, spirits, finance, fashion and jewelry.
Over his twenty-five plus years in advertising and marketing, he has applied a deep-seated cynicism, along with a collaborative spirit and endless optimism to create stories, launch brands, sustain growing brands and help recharge brands that have lost their luster.

Stacie Henderson Capece Minutolo, CMO of the Americas for Tod’s Group
Stacie has spent over 15 years working for global luxury fashion brands such as Versace, Ferragamo, and Tod’s Group. Her expertise includes Marketing and E-commerce. As an early digital adopter, she oversaw the launch of Versace’s e-commerce business in the US and initiated global digital initiatives such as social media, influencer programs, and live streaming for the brand.
Bill D’Arienzo, Chief Brand Officer and CEO, WDA Strategic Brand Marketing, (Moderator)
Bill D’Arienzo is the Founder of WDA Strategic Brand Marketing and serves as U.S. Associate Strategy Advisor for Ambrosetti.eu the # 1 think tank in Italy for luxury brands and in the top 5 of European business consultancies and the top 100 of over 6000 global firms. (the University of Pennsylvania, 2022).
WDA is also the creator of & Bill the lecturer in the Experimental Seminar, “Converting Fashion’s ESG/CSR Challenges into Business Opportunities” at the Stern School of Business/NYU as well as several Brand Management Certificate Programs at FIT/NYC. These include “Branding ESG/CSR for Circularity & Sustainable Fashion” & ” Managing Fashion & Luxury Brands in a Digital Marketplace” His textbook, Brand Management Strategies: Luxury & Mass Markets (described by one reviewer as “The Evergreen Standard”), has been adopted/recommended at over 12 US Universities. Stefano Giacomelli has been with Tivoli Group for about 8 years as CEO, in charge of the Strategic, General & Operational management of the Company, as well as of the Subsidiaries Taglio 2003 and Pelletterie Fiorentine. Stefano has a degree in Business Administration and started his career with General Electric, in Florence. Prior to being appointed CEO of Tivoli Group, Stefano covered different financial, management and executive roles in few Italian fashion & luxury companies.
