The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of sole control of Randstad Digital B.V. of the Netherlands, Randstad Digital France SAS of France and Finxl Professional Services Pty Ltd of Australia (together referred to as ‘Randstad Digital Solutions Business’) by LTM UK & Ireland Limited (‘LTM’) of the UK.
The transaction relates primarily to the provision of IT and consulting services as well as HR services in the EEA and Australia.
The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given its limited impact on competition in the markets where the companies are active. The notified transaction was examined under the normal merger review procedure.
