ICCCW at Buildex Vancouver

Last week, we had the pleasure of exhibiting at Buildex Vancouver, Western Canada’s biggest gathering of the construction, property management and design sectors.

Along with local and Italian partners, the Chamber presented the first edition of ‘The Canada-Italy Green Building Forum’. This special series of events both at the show and online focused on highlighting the unique opportunities that exist in the green building and smart city sectors in Italy and Canada.

At Buildex, President Celso Boscariol welcomed on-stage a distinguished group of guest speakers for a discussion on the future of green building. Speakers included Phillip Greenfield (Rothoblaas), Michal Lesiak (Polished Stucco), Matteo Camerra (Warmset) and Mick Kopis (Mapei). The online event saw the coming together of an even broader range of industry and thought leaders for an examination of specific opportunities and technologies.

Taste of Italy Vancouver

Once again, the Chamber has collaborated with the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas to present Taste of Italy Vancouver.

This unique gathering takes place February 22 and 23 and will connect premium wineries from Italy with wine buyers and distributors here in Western Canada. Click here for more info.

ICCCW will be an exhibitor at the Vancouver International Wine Festival, February 24 – March 3rd.

This year, the festival’s national theme is Italy and we’ll be promoting authentic Italian foods.

Trade Mission Opportunity:
Vinitaly – April 14-17

ICCCW is organizing our annual trade mission to the Vinitaly International Wine Expo in Verona.

We are seeking qualified member wine buyers who are interested in joining our delegation to the show in April.

Special Screenings of Italian Films in Western Canada

TLN Media Group and Cineplex are presenting a special series of recent, never-before-seen Italian films with English subtitles, at theatres all across Canada.
