Forum Pa Award For “Innovation Leaders” To Silvia Trevisan, Web Content Manager At Trevisobellunosystem
Selected for making the Treviso Chamber of Commerce portal (www.trevisobellunosystem.com) a point of reference for businesses in the area, creating versions in English, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese, among others, it was awarded last Thursday, May 14, in Rome by Ministers Renato Brunetta and Mara Carfagna.
An important recognition has come to t2i: the Forum PA “Protagonists of Innovation” Award, presented last Thursday, May 14, at the Forum PA in Rome by Ministers Renato Brunetta and Mara Carfagna to Silvia Trevisan, web content manager of the www.trevisobellunosystem.com portal (recently launched in Russian and Japanese versions), voted by internet users and ranked among the five national finalists in the public innovators competition out of 42 candidates at the Italian level.
The Forum PA Protagonists of Innovation Award aims to recognize and highlight the role of innovators who work every day in public administration to bring about change, those who manage to introduce significant change that can produce public value. The innovators are PA managers (project managers, executives, etc.) who introduce organizational and managerial improvements, cost optimization, new and more appropriate services, and improved performance.
Silvia Trevisan, from Treviso and web content manager at t2i for seven years, was awarded in the category “Simplification and debureaucratization: innovations in relations with citizens and businesses and in the services provided, including through web tools and technologies.” She was nominated by her colleagues at Unindustria Treviso and Ascom Confcommercio Treviso for making the Treviso Chamber of Commerce portal (www.trevisobellunosystem.com) a point of reference for local businesses and subsequently creating English, Russian, and Japanese versions, the English newsletter service, and trevisoaccessibile.it
trevisobellunosystem.com, which now has over 3,968 subscribers and 1,800 visits per day, has become the informational and promotional “showcase” for the economy of Treviso and now also of Veneto, thanks to the president of Unioncamere Veneto, Federico Tessari, who has always believed in this project and understood since 2002 the importance that the web would have for Treviso companies.
These companies can use the portal free of charge and have a complete and up-to-date overview of the economic context that concerns them.
The portal is updated daily. The trevisobellunosystem.com team consists of Silvia Trevisan, Andrea Torrisi, and manager Giorgio Monolo, coordinated by t2i director Roberto Santolamazza.
Trevisobellunosystem.com, an innovative ICT product, shows how t2i’s investment in technological renewal is a constant trend.
In recent years, in order to promote the economy and its companies with a view to internationalization, it has developed English and Spanish versions, and in early 2009, Russian and Japanese versions to promote the economy of the Marca region in new markets and support small businesses in their search for new business opportunities.
The trevisobellunosystem.com project – commented Roberto Santolamazza, director of t2i – corresponds to a new concept of internationalization, in which technology and innovative tools are a determining factor in the development of networks and relationships. t2i strongly believes in this vision, which corresponds to the global dimension of markets and innovation, especially in an overall framework of open innovation.
The Japanese version, like the Russian one, promotes Treviso-based companies in the section “TvDotCom le aziende di Treviso in rete” (TvDotCom Treviso companies online), which lists, free of charge, companies in the province of Treviso that have their own website and, in some cases, e-commerce activities (since 2016, this has become LeAziende for companies in Treviso-Belluno). The editorial staff welcomes every new company that decides to enter its details, publishing the welcome message in Italian and English in the news section and sending it around the world in the English newsletter. This new, free service is already featured on the “non solo fannulloni” website. Treviso has a particular vocation for tourism, which is an important economic factor for the province and the region. Therefore, through images of the beauty of the Marca (since 2026 also Belluno) and news of events, it promotes the area from the point of view of its landscape and accommodation facilities. Ample space is reserved for the university, in which the Chamber of Commerce invests a substantial part of its budget with the website of the degree course in fashion design. (Editor’s note: since 2016, collaboration with Ca’ Foscari University with export manager workshops and internships).
The portal’s activity is the result of intense networking, participation in conferences, and relationships with press officers from local trade associations, with whom there is a close collaborative relationship that determines the variety of information on the portal.
trevisobellunosystem is entirely developed by the ICT division of t2i.
On the 20th anniversary of the portal’s activity on May 30, 2022, the President of the Treviso-Belluno|Dolomiti Chamber of Commerce, Mario Pozza, wanted to offer foreign companies and investors this important information tool based on the principle that “an informed territory is a winning territory.” In March 2023, Trevisobellunosystem was presented to users with a complete restyling of its graphics and content, featuring new technology.
